What can I expect when I get to your office?
First, you’ll be welcomed by our knowledgable secretary, who will review your paperwork, insurance, and prepare your chart for your procedure. You will then be greeted by one of our trained surgical assistants who will review the procedure in detail with you and personally escort you into our state of the art operatories. The doctor will come into the operatory room, administer anesthesia if necessary, then perform the procedure. Your surgical assistant will escort you to a private recovery room, monitor your recovery, and review your post surgery care with you. After further monitoring by Dr. Reiner or Dr. Sperling, when you are ready to go home, your surgical assistant will again review your post surgery care with you, advise you that she is available to take your calls until 5pm, and that the doctors can be reached 24 hours a day via the answering service. You can expect personal expert care from us.
